Suspension Policy

Bengal Tiger Security Pvt. Ltd. may place an employee under suspension when there is a serious allegation of misconduct, violation of company rules, or a situation requiring an investigation. Suspension is generally a temporary disciplinary or administrative measure and does not by itself establish that the employee is guilty.

Reasons for Suspension

• Serious misconduct or indiscipline at the workplace.
• Unauthorized absence or repeated violation of attendance rules.
• Negligence of duty that creates a security, safety, or operational risk.
• Sleeping while on duty, especially during security assignments.
• Fighting, threatening behavior, harassment, or other serious workplace misconduct.
• Suspected theft, fraud, dishonesty, or misuse of company/client property.
• Breach of security procedures or confidentiality requirements.
• Refusal to follow lawful and reasonable instructions from authorized supervisors.
• Falsification of records, attendance, reports, or official documents.
• Reporting for duty under the influence of alcohol or prohibited substances.
• Serious or repeated client complaints requiring investigation.
• Any alleged conduct that may violate company policy, contractual obligations, or applicable law.

During Suspension

• The employee must follow the written suspension instructions issued by the company.
• The employee may be required to remain away from the assigned workplace during the investigation.
• Company ID cards, uniforms, keys, equipment, or other property may be collected where appropriate.
• The employee may be asked to provide an explanation or participate in an internal inquiry.
• Any pay, benefits, or other conditions during suspension will be handled according to applicable law, employment terms, and company policy.

After Investigation

Following the investigation and due process, the company may reinstate the employee, issue a warning or other disciplinary action, or take further action including termination, depending on the findings and applicable rules.
