7. Final Selection – Suitable candidates are selected based on the requirements of the position.
8. Offer / Appointment – Selected candidates receive the applicable appointment or engagement documentation.
9. Joining & Induction – New employees complete joining formalities and receive relevant instructions, training, and site orientation.

Recruitment Fee
